One opportunity for HVAC Comfort Advisor (sales) serving primarily the residential market (commercial experience a plus) is now available in O'Fallon, MO. Our service area includes St. Charles county and St. Louis county areas including Hazelwood, Florissant, Bridgeton, Chesterfield, Ballwin, Maryland Heights, St. Charles, St. Peters, O'Fallon, Wentzville and Lake St. Louis.

About the HVAC Comfort Advisor, O Fallon, MO
As the Swiss Air Comfort Advisor, you will own and drive sales of new HVAC systems, contacting current and prospective customers on a scheduled appointment basis as a result of a variety of external marketing efforts. Your primary purpose is to identify the customer’s AC/HVAC needs and make recommendations that will serve the long-term best interest of the customer. Candidates must be professional, results driven, persistent, have HVAC technical knowledge and experience and be self-motivated.
This position offers a flexible 40 - 50 hour weekly schedule. Regular evenings and weekend appointments are required based on customer’s request and set by our Customer Service Appointment Setter. While we want to provide flexibility to you when ever possible, we also require you have the flexibility and desire to meet with the customer in a timely manner and based on their needs.

Key Accountabilities include:
  • Consult with home owners regarding the  comfort needs in their home
  • Deliver sales presentations on residential HVAC products and services
  • Conduct customer needs and technical requirements assessments
  • Collect information for and perform load calculations
  • Prepare and present proposal and close the sale
  • Plan and exceed forecasted goals
  • Consistently make scheduled appointments
Qualifications include the following:
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Leadership skills
  • Knowledge of residential HVAC systems  
  • 3+ years outside sales, ideally in residential services with AC/HVAC experience or knowledge.
  • Be drug free (we conduct random testing)
  • Have a clean driving record
  • Continuous improvement attitude: possess a willingness to grow, learn and achieve 
  • The drive and commitment to be a successful self-starter
  • A minimum of a two-year HVAC vocational or business associates degree or full four year degree from a major university in business management or marketing.
  • Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook.
